These are a list of frequently asked questions to help you create the perfect print!

BubPrint Error – “scan not complete, please try again”. This is mostly caused by the foot moving while scan is taking place or inconsistent pressure on the device. Place your hand over your child’s foot and hold it still while pressing lightly from toe to heel.

My iPhone/iPad flicks to other screens while I am trying to scan. This is caused by the Interaction items under the accessibility menu being turned on. These need to be turned off while you are using the app.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Will the image retain it’s size when transferred? The image will only retain it’s accurate size while on the device it was created on.
